NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The following PROMOTION is VALID TO Legal REsidents of THE 50 united states and the district of columbia (EXCLUDING ALASKA), AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (as defined in the rules below). VOID IN ALASKA, PUERTO RICO AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.

Who May Enter: Community Coffee Fly More Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska), who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or U.S. government issued identification (“Entrant”), excluding the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:

a. Employees, officers, and directors of Community Coffee Company, L.L.C., (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media, LLC (“Administrator”), Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”), and each of their respective affiliated companies and subsidiaries, all of the foregoing, including Sponsor, Administrator and Southwest®, being collectively “Released Parties”, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses.

b. Individuals who do not have current access to the internet or a valid email address to complete an eligible on-line registration to participate.

Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing: The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”). The Promotion begins at Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 8/1/2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 5/31/2020 (the “Promotion Period”). The Instant Win Game begins at Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 8/1/2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 5/31/2020 (the "Instant Win Game Entry Period"). The Sweepstakes begins at Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 8/1/2019 and ends at 11:59:59 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 12/31/2019 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

How to Obtain a Code:

You will need an entry code ("Code") to participate in the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, an Entrant may obtain a Code using one (1) of the following two (2) methods:

1. Make a Purchase: Beginning 8/1/2019, look for specially-marked packages of Community® coffee at participating locations where Community products are sold, while supplies last. Specially-marked bags or boxes contain Code on the package.

2. No Purchase Necessary – Free Code request by Mail: To receive a free Code by mail, without making a purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) along with a 3” x 5” card hand printed with your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, birth date and daytime and evening phone numbers (with area code) to: Community Coffee Fly More When You Buy More – Free Code Request, P.O. Box 278, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. VT residents may omit return postage. If you do not have a telephone, indicate “No Phone”. SASEs must be handwritten, must be postmarked between July 24, 2019 and May 17, 2020, and must be received by May 24, 2020. You will receive one (1) Code to the address indicated on your self-addressed, stamped envelope. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Each request must be mailed separately and must be original and handwritten. Limit one (1) mail-in request per stamped outer mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced, computer generated or photocopied requests permitted. All such requests will be void and will not be fulfilled. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, or postage due mail requests.

Online Entry:

After obtaining a Code, visit www.communitycoffee.com/flymore (the "Website") during the Promotion Period and follow the on-line instructions provided to enter your Code and to fully complete and submit the registration form for first time visitors. Each Code may be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time. After redemption each Code is expired and may not be reused. Each Entrant must fully complete the registration page with all required information, including their first and last name, complete address (no P.O Boxes), valid email address, birth date, phone number (including area code), and Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® account number. A valid Rapid Rewards® account is required to participate and win. It is free to enroll in Rapid Rewards (to enroll, visit https://southwest.com/enroll. Accounts are subject to its Rules & Regulations. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if any Entrant registers with an incorrect Rapid Rewards account number.

After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the ‘Enter’ button to submit your on-line registration. Eligible Codes must be redeemed online during the Promotion Period, or Code is void. Each eligible Entrant who successfully completed and submitted their registration will then be able to visit the ‘Instant Win’ game play page to participate. Entrants may return to participate and play once per calendar day by logging in on the log-in screen with their email address that was used to register and entering a new unique Code (maximum of thirty (30) Code plays per person and per valid email address – see below). A “Calendar Day” is defined as commencing at Midnight CT and ending at 11:59:59 PM CT each day during the Promotion Period.

All registration information must be fully completed for all required registration fields. Any registration submitted with an invalid email address will be disqualified. Maximum of one registration per person and per valid email address during the entire Promotion Period, and maximum of thirty (30) Code plays per person and per valid email address during the Promotion Period. Registering more than one time during the entire Promotion, entering more than thirty (30) Codes during the Promotion Period or attempting the Instant Win Game more than thirty (30) times during the Promotion Period (by using the same or alternate names or email addresses) will invalidate all entries by that Entrant. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter or participate in the Promotion, and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning.

By participating and submitting an entry, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact Entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any entry not submitted or received or lost due to any technical error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Each Entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

How to Play – Instant Win Game: After completing the registration page (for first time visitors) or logging in (for return visitors), click the ‘Enter’ button on the Website. The game play page will display a clickable image. Entrants will have the opportunity to click the displayed clickable image up to one time per Calendar Day and up to a maximum of thirty (30) times total during the Promotion Period. To determine if you are an instant prize winner, simply click the displayed clickable image on the Instant Win Game play page.

After clicking the image, Entrants will receive an on-line message verifying if they are an instant prize winner, or if they have clicked a non-winning image (“Game Play”). Upon completion of a Game Play during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Entrant will automatically be entered for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per Entrant per Calendar Day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, and a limit of thirty (30) Sweepstakes Entries per person and per valid email address during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Any Game Play subsequent to the expiration of the Sweepstakes Entry Period will not result in a Sweepstakes Entry.

Instant winners will be randomly determined throughout the Promotion Period, based upon the first Entrant who clicks a displayed image either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Administrator or, if no Instant Win Game Play has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Game Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. Each instant winner will receive an instant win prize notification screen confirming they are an instant winner, the prize they have won (see below), along with a prize claim code and instructions on their prize delivery. Entrants must print or record their corresponding prize claim code for their records.

Limit of one (1) instant win prize (“Instant Win Prize”) and one (1) Sweepstakes prize (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”) per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. After being confirmed as an Instant Win Prize winner, an Entrant may not be awarded another Instant Win Prize during the entire Promotion Period. Entrants who are Instant Win Prize winners may return to the site once per Calendar Day to register for an additional Sweepstakes Entry during the Sweepstakes Entry Period by logging in on the log-in screen with their email address that was used to register and entering a new unique Code, but shall not be eligible for additional Instant Win Prizes. The exact Instant Win Game style may change over the course of the Promotion; however, this will have no effect on the previously randomly assigned prizes or odds.

Prize Awards & Delivery

* Subject to Rapid Rewards Restrictions set forth below. Winner is responsible for any additional costs needed to reach their destination if the Rapid Rewards points do not cover the entire cost of the flight. Points bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight.

Each Instant Win Prize winner will receive on-line instructions for prize redemption, and/or may be contacted by the Administrator to confirm or coordinate prize delivery. In the event any scheduled prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Second Chance Drawing: All Entrants who did not win an instant win prize in the Promotion will automatically be entered into a Second Chance random drawing for any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes or prizes returned as undeliverable. Second chance random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, on or about June 8, 2020, from all eligible Entrants who did not win an instant win prize in the Promotion. Each of these Entrants will receive one (1) entry in the Second Chance Drawing. Odds of winning a second chance prize depend upon the number of qualifying Entrants in the Second Chance Drawing and the number of unclaimed/returned Instant Win Prizes (if any). Potential Winners selected in any Second Chance Drawing will be contacted via email within 48 hours after such Second Chance Drawing. The potential Second Chance Winners, if any, will be notified by email with instructions for prize redemption. Potential Second Chance Winners may be requested to verify his/her eligibility and sign and return the Releases, within five (5) days of this formal notification by Administrator. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of second chance drawing prizes, if any. Previous instant prize winners in this Promotion are not eligible.

IMPORTANT: No more than the advertised number of Instant Win Prizes will be awarded for any reason. In the event of any technical errors, tampering, programming error, malfunction, or error of any kind that results in more than the scheduled number of Entrants being notified that they are an instant prize winner – then all such claimants shall be placed into a random drawing, and the actual scheduled number of instant prize winners will be randomly selected from all Entrants receiving an instant win prize notification or submitting an instant winning prize claim. The maximum number of prize awards are as listed above, regardless of the number of Entrants who claim to have received, or who have actually received an instant win on-line prize notification.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (Maximum of (1) Winner)

The Entrant who is confirmed as the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be awarded the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize is 1,000,000 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards bonus points, subject to Rapid Rewards Restrictions set forth below. ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $12,800.00. Winner is responsible for any additional costs needed to reach their destination if the Rapid Rewards points do not cover the entire cost of the flight. Points bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight.

Rapid Rewards Restrictions: Conditions of Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards points apply. Potential winners will need to provide their Rapid Rewards account number to collect their prize. If you do not have a Rapid Rewards account number, you may register for an account by going online to www.southwest.com/rapidrewards. Rapid Rewards accounts are free. Points will be deposited into the winner's Rapid Rewards account approximately eight (8) weeks after the potential winner has been verified by Sponsor and Participant has been notified that verification is complete. Rapid Rewards points prizes do not count toward any increased or improved status in the Rapid Rewards Program, including any Southwest Airlines Companion Pass or Tier Status designation (e.g., A-List or A-List Preferred). Rapid Rewards points awarded are subject to the Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Rules and Regulations, available at http://www.southwest.com/rrterms. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and/or program rules at any time without notice. Rapid Rewards Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points and awards. Rapid Rewards points have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. The number of points needed for any particular Southwest Airlines flight is set by Southwest Airlines and will vary depending on destination, time, day of travel, demand, point redemption rate, and other factors, and is subject to change at any time until the booking is confirmed.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner Selection, Notification and Verification

Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Drawing will be held approximately (5) business days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Selected potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified initially by phone and/or email beginning on or about 24 hours after their selection date. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner by phone after two (2) attempts over a 48-hour period to the phone number listed on that Entrant’s online entry, then that Entrant may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). Phone messages will not be left during the notification attempts.

During the winner notification phone call, the selected potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness to accept the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. If the selected Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified Entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner selection and participation is non-transferable.

All of the following will apply for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and the 50,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points winners: 1) Winners will be required to complete and return, within 5 days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, a W-9 form (if prize value is $600 or more), an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release (where permitted); 2) Winners may be required to provide a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver’s license as a condition of participating or receiving any prize; 3) Winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of all prizes won (if prize value is $600 or more); and 4) Winners will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, Entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

All prizes requiring delivery (“Shipped Prize(s)”) will be shipped to each Entrant who is a confirmed winner at the address listed from their on-line registration. All Shipped Prizes will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service or common carrier of Administrators choosing, and Shipped Prizes will be deemed delivered to the winner once a Shipped Prize is delivered by Administrator to the U.S. Postal Service or other common carrier of Administrator’s choosing. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible or liable for a late, delayed, lost, stolen, undeliverable or damaged Shipped Prizes once delivered to the U.S. Postal Service or other common carrier, for any loss or damages relating to delivery, use, or misuse of a Shipped Prize, or for any Entrant who incorrectly entered their actual address during the registration process. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of Shipped Prizes.

All prize awards are subject to verification of compliance with these Official Rules and approval by the Sponsor. Prize winners must accept delivery of prize as outlined above, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the responsibility of winner including but not limited to all applicable taxes. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: In the event an Entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use Entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible for any prize.

By participating, Entrants agree to indemnify, defend and hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in this Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability thereof. Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of an Entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online Entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Promotion, administration or execution of the Promotion, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion website.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

Odds: The odds of being selected as an instant win prize winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entrants, and the number of daily Entrants in the instant win game. The odds of being selected as the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner are dependent upon the total number of Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

In Case of Disputes: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
