OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Offer NOT valid for residents of AZ, HI, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, OR,
PA, TN, TX and UT. You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of a
state NOT listed above to be eligible to participate in this offer. Amount of
rebate may vary in some states due to legal constraints. Valid receipts must
be dated between 5/15/2024 – 9/9/2024, and submitted by 9/11/2024. To receive up to $15 through
this offer, you must purchase a minimum of one (1) Ghost Tequila drink (i.e.
margarita, mixed drink, cocktail, neat or on the rocks) containing any Ghost
Tequila from an on-premise retailer in an eligible state (i.e restaurant or bar). Amount of rebate for drink
purchase shall be based upon amount of the one (1) Ghost Tequila drink purchase
as shown on the receipt (excluding sales tax), up to a maximum of $15. Amount of rebate shall not exceed cost of
the drink purchase. Any receipt that
does not show an eligible Ghost Tequila drink purchase that specifically includes
the brand name Ghost Tequila, or purchases made outside of valid receipt dates
are not eligible for this offer. Offer
not redeemable in store. To redeem, scan
the QR Code on applicable point-of-sale materials using your mobile device’s
camera or directly visit the receipt upload site at www.GhostTequilaOnSummer.com. Each entrant must complete and submit all
required online registration information including upload of a valid and
legible receipt. Each receipt submission
subject to verification and approval.
Illegible, duplicate, or invalid receipts or receipts that do not
properly display required information (date of purchase, location of
purchase, eligible products, etc.), will not be eligible, honored,
recognized, responded to, or processed. Sponsor
is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed
transmission of receipt for any reason and reserves the right to reject any
receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in
compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. Offer may not be combined with any other
offer and excludes tax. CA and
IL residents are eligible for a rebate of up to $1 less than the amount of
purchase (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum of $15. VA
residents are eligible for a rebate of up to 50% of the purchase amount (excl.
sales tax), up to a maximum of $15. NOTE: maximum of one rebate offer
redemption per individual, household, email address, or receipt during entire
rebate offer period. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the
same individual or household will not be honored or processed. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of
another individual. Employees of
Sponsor, its affiliated advertising and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol
beverage suppliers, wholesalers and retail licensees, and members of their
immediate families are not eligible for participation in this offer. Once verified and approved, eligible rebates
will only be issued to the PayPal account based upon the registered email
