THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.), AND IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS AS DESCRIBED IN THE RULES BELOW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH BELOW.

Sweepstakes Name: Hooters 40^th Anniversary Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Sweepstakes Dates: Sweepstakes is scheduled to begin at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/15/23 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 8/15/23 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the (48) contiguous United States and D.C. (excluding AK and HI), and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and who are physically located within, the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excluding AK and HI), who are age twenty-one (21) or older, as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter or win:

(a) Employees, officers, and directors of Hooters Restaurants, Hooters of America, LLC (collectively “Sponsors”), Million Dollar Media, LLC (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), and each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

How to Enter – Online Registration: To enter, visit www.Hooters.com/40thsweeps during the “Registration Period”. Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), city and state of residence, and date of birth. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry. All online entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59pm ET on 8/15/2023 to be eligible.

During the entry submission process, you will have the option to upload a photo of yourself with a Hooters Girl from your favorite Hooters location. To be eligible, your photo must adhere to the photo submission requirements outlined below. If you choose to upload an eligible photo, you will earn an additional bonus entry into the Sweepstakes grand prize drawing. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any submission for any reason that it considers to not be appropriate for the Contest. Submission restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following requirements:

Submission must be the entrant’s own original creation;
Photo must be taken with express permission of a Hooters Girl in uniform at a Hooters restaurant location;
May not be, or ever have been, submitted in any competition or contest of any kind;
May not be submitted by any individual under 21 years of age;
May not use any name, likeness, or any other identifying element, in whole or in part, of any person, living or dead, without permission;
May not be subject to any third-party agreement or require payment or incurrence of any sums to obtain further permissions of any person or entity as a result of its use or exploitation of the idea or rights therein or portions, or modified versions or derivative works thereof;
Except as relates to the Sponsor or approved partners, not include trademarks or copyrighted material not owned by entrant, or material that is used without permission (including but not limited to company names, works of art, or information published on any media) or that otherwise infringes or violates the rights of any third party (including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, logos, contract and licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights (i.e., “droit morale”), or any other intellectual property rights);
Not include any unauthorized copy, text or plagiarism of any kind;
Not be considered harmful to minors in any way;
Not depict or contain children or items especially appealing to children;
Not depict or promote excessive or underage drinking, drugs, tobacco or firearms;
Not depict or promote over consumption or irresponsible consumption of alcohol products;
Not contain profanity, inappropriate, indecent, sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content or language (which shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion);
Not contain any political or politically themed or motivated messages or statements;
Not defame, slander, libel, misrepresent, or contain disparaging remarks or any other content that could adversely affect the name, reputation, or goodwill of Sponsor or any other individuals and/or entities affiliated or associated with Sponsor, the Sweepstakes, or any prizes, the determination of which shall remain in the sole discretion of Sponsor;
Not describe, depict or include content that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, religiously, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any manner as solely determined by Sponsor

Representation and Release of Rights to Photo Submission: By submitting a bonus photo entry, each entrant represents that s/he has sole and exclusive ownership and proprietary rights of any content submitted; has full permission and rights to publish and release the content; and agrees that the content becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor, and Sponsor may publish, display, promote, or utilize content in any manner of its choosing in relation to the promotion or advertising of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor. Entry into the Sweepstakes and upload of any content, constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use that entrant’s content submission, photo, name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned by Sponsor.

In addition, by submitting a bonus photo entry, each entrant transfers any and all of his/her right, title and interest in and to such entry and content submission, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, trademark rights, "moral rights" and any and all other proprietary rights that may exist, throughout the world, to Sponsor and expressly waives any rights s/he may have in such submission and/or content. Each entrant agrees Sponsor is the exclusive owner of all rights in and to such entry, and/or content, and will have the worldwide, perpetual right to copy, display, reproduce, exhibit, edit, modify, assign, license, register for copyright or trademark, distribute, sell or otherwise use and exploit the entry, content submission, and all elements and/or derivative works thereof, in whole or in part, alone or with other materials, in any media now known or hereafter created or devised, for any reason whatsoever.

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof from any entrant, at any time, in a form acceptable to Sponsor, of any permission required or possibly required to use such entrant’s entry in the Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may disqualify such entry from the Sweepstakes.

Maximum of one entry per person per day, except as noted above regarding bonus entries. Any duplicate or additional entries following receipt of the initial entry shall be disqualified. Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name, email address, or providing any false email addresses or information, will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different emails, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically produced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible.

By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor, Administrator and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, discounts, special events or promotional offers. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning. By opting in, participants agree to join the Hooters Email Club. Entrants may opt out of Hooters Email Club membership at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any email message, or following provided opt-out instructions. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy statement, available at https://www.hooters.com/privacy-policy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data, but entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries. Directions on procedures for submitting corrections to personal data are provided in the privacy policy of Sponsor.

All entries must include all required information. Any entry, or bonus entry photo submission, that does not meet the submission requirements, is incomplete or contains illegible information, an invalid email address or other inaccurate information will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, registration or submission, the authorized account holder of the email address, used to register and associated with the entry will be deemed to be the registrant and s/he must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers or attempts to tamper with or abuse the entry process in any way or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the authorized account holder shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Winner Selection and Notification: On or about 8/16/2023, one (1) potential winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, including bonus entries, in each prize pool (as outlined below) for a maximum total of three (3) potential winners (see prize description below).

East Region	Grand Prize Winner (1): One (1) grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received, including bonus entries, from residents of: CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, and WV.
Central Region	Grand Prize Winner (1): One (1) grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received, including bonus entries, from residents of: AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, and WI.
West Region	Grand Prize Winner (1): One (1) grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received, including bonus entries, from residents of: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, and WY.

Note: There is a maximum of one (1) prize award per person, email address or household during the entire Registration Period. If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes for each prize pool in the Sweepstakes, then associated prize award(s) shall not be awarded.

All potential prize winners shall be notified via email following their selection and determination as a potential winner, to the email address associated with their selected entry. Entrants are solely responsible for checking their email for any notification including junk or spam folders. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any incorrect email addresses provided at the time of registration, failure in delivery of any notification email due to spam filter, junk, quarantine or any other failure of delivery or receipt for any reason.

If a potential winner fails to respond, or the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a selected potential winner via email notification for any reason, within forty-eight (48)-hours from the initial notification attempt to the email address associated with that participant’s entry, then that participant may be disqualified and the associated prize shall not be re-awarded, except as noted herein. During winner notification process, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the designated prize award (see below). If any selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the associate prize or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified. Any disqualified contestant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of all potential prize winners, and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

To be eligible for a prize, each winner shall be required to: 1) complete and return in the manner as instructed by the Sweepstakes Administrator (via online submission), within three (3)-days of notification, a prize acceptance form, including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (publicity release where permitted); 2) if requested by Sponsor or Administrator, present a copy of a valid social security card and/or a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with residential address as a condition of receiving any prize; and 3) pay all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded.

Grand Prize Award – Maximum of (3) prize awards available: Each grand prize consists of a trip for the winner and one guest, age 21 or older, to the Hooters 40^th Anniversary Celebration with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $3,200 and shall include:

· Round-trip coach class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from the nearest Sponsor-designated major metropolitan airport to the winner’s residence, as provided during registration, to depart October 6, 2023 and return October 8, 2023;

a. Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare if the winner’s residence is within 250-miles of the Clearwater, FL metro area

· Two (2) nights double-occupancy room at a Sponsor-designated standard hotel in the greater Clearwater, FL area with check-in on October 6, 2023 and check-out on October 8, 2023, subject to availability;

· Two (2) tickets for winner and their guest to attend the Hooters 40^th Anniversary concert, scheduled for October 7, 2023 at The Sound at Coachman Park in Clearwater, FL;

· One (1) $500.00 gift card towards ground transportation and incidentals, awarded from the gift card provider as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider, including any expiration.

Grand prize winners and their guests must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award. All ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize award are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage. It is recommended that winner and travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Each winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsor from any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary ID’s, passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel requirements (“Personal Documents”). Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to each winner and travel companion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, flight delays, cancellations or travel difficulty related to prize award, redemption or use. If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any element of the trip or prize award, Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Each winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense. Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, destination and any airfare fluctuations. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV of the prize award when it is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded to the winner. Each winner and their travel companion are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing.

Each winner and their guest shall be subject to any qualifying conditions prior to and during travel and for event attendance, including any local, state or federal government regulations in the departure or destination location, airline and/or hotel requirements, or requirements including any regulation or policy related to COVID-19 testing requirements or vaccination status. Any testing requirements, vaccination and/or any related quarantine requirements and expenses are the sole responsibility of, and at the sole expense of each winner and their guest. Each winner and their guest are subject to vaccination requirement and policy, and if unable or unwilling to comply with requirements, then all related prize award elements for which they fail to meet shall be forfeit.

Sponsor will not be responsible for event delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation for any reason including but not limited to weather, pandemic, an Act of God, Force Majeure, government regulation or restriction, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage, or any other reason. No substitute prize award or compensation shall be provided by Sponsor in the event of any event delay, rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation for any reason, and winner shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the airline ticket, hotel, event, and venue policy and shall solely look to the airline, hotel provider, event, venue and/or event organizer as applicable.

Each winner and their guest must be twenty-one (21) years old and agree to comply with all applicable airline, hotel provider and event attendance rules requirements, and regulations in connection with the prize award, redemption and use. Sponsor, travel, or event providers reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who do not comply with any rule, requirement, instruction, policy, or who engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Winner and guest shall be solely responsible for their behavior while traveling and in attendance at any event experience, and must follow the instructions and direction from any travel provider or associated staff or security. If winner or guest violates the standards of the travel or event provider, behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to have violated any rule, regulation or policy of the travel or event provider, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected or denied entry, and shall immediately forfeit the remaining prize award.

Event tickets delivery method is at sole discretion of event provider which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of event under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Event tickets are subject to age restrictions. Resale of event tickets is prohibited. Event and venue providers reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from winner or winner’s guest who it or venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring event provider into disrepute. By claiming event tickets, you agree to the event provider and venue policies, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the event be cancelled or access to the venue be restricted, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

General Prize Conditions: Any and all costs or expenses related to prize acceptance, redemption, use and delivery not specified herein as being included in the prize are each winner’s sole responsibility, including but not limited to delivery fees, sales tax, gratuity, and all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes). All prize awards are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Maximum value of all available prize awards: $9,600.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor, including, but not limited to (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; (f) any injury, or loss (including death) to persons or property of any kind, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt, use or misuse of any prize (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, claims, costs, personal injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional, under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory); and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, force majeure, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, pandemics, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of an entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website, acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules, or acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, programming error or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Georgia without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, as a condition to participating in the Sweepstakes the prize awarded by this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be determined by final and binding individual dispute resolution under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined in each prize pool as outlined above.
