The following SWEEPSTAKES is OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF iowa, kansas, missouri, and nebraska WHO RESIDE WITHIN 250 MILES OF North Kansas City, MO, WHO meet the eligibility requirements (as defined in the rules below). Sweepstakes Name: Floor & Decor Pro Premier Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Sweepstakes Schedule:

· Sweepstakes registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00am Central Time (“CT”) on 8/22/2024 and end at approximately 7:15pm CT on 10/10/2024 (the “Registration Period”).

· The Sweepstakes check-in period (the “Event Check-in”) will occur Floor & Decor 9125 N Platte Purchase Dr., N Kansas City, MO 64155 (the “Event Location”), beginning at approximately 5:00pm CT on 10/10/2024 and ending at approximately 7:15pm CT on 10/10/2024 (the “Event Check-in Period”).

· The Sweepstakes grand prize event (the “Grand Prize Event”) is scheduled to occur immediately following the Event Check-in Period at the Event Location. Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Contest Administrator reserve the right to modify the event date or time of the Sweepstakes, at its sole discretion for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, schedule conflicts, acts of God, flight delays, or any other reason that prevents event to occur as scheduled. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void outside IA, KS, MO, and NE, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of IA, KS, MO, and NE who reside within 250 miles of North Kansas City, MO and who are age 18 or older as of date of entry with a valid and physical U.S. driver’s license, except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

a. Employees, officers, and directors of Floor & Decor (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (the “Administrator”), Selman Chevrolet, Floor & Decor vendors (a ‘Vendor’), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” include, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses. “Vendors” include, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, anyone who works for a company whose product(s) are sold at Floor & Decor, any company or person hired to perform a job or service during the Pro Premier event, or anyone who works for a company who has a service contract directly with Floor & Decor.

b. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to attend the grand prize event on 10/10/2024 at the Event Location.

How to Enter – 2 Steps:

· Step 1: Scan the QR code or directly visit www.flooranddecor.com/northkansascitypro during the “Registration Period” and click the entry button to connect to the Sweepstakes registration page. Each entrant must fully complete the on-line registration page with all required information including his/her name, complete address, valid email address, phone number(s) (including area code(s)), confirmation they will have a valid and physical U.S. driver’s license in their possession at the grand prize event in order to participate in the in the grand prize giveaway event, and any other required questions. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your on-line entry. All entries must be fully complete for all required information, and must be received by the close of the Registration Period to be eligible. Upon completion, each entrant will receive a unique RSVP code (each a “Code”). Entrants are required to print or save a copy of their Code in order to have an opportunity participate in the Grand Prize Event.

· Step 2: During the Event Check-in Period, visit the Event Location and redeem your Code with an authorized Floor & Decor representative. Upon completion of your check-in, you will receive one (1) official Sweepstakes entry ticket for the opportunity to win the grand prize (“Grand Prize Ticket”), while supplies last. Availability of Grand Prize Tickets may be limited. It is the responsibility of each entrant to confirm receipt of their Grand Prize Ticket immediately following the completion of their Check-in. Entrants who do not receive a Grand Prize Ticket immediately following the completion of their Check-in will have no further opportunity to receive a Grand Prize Ticket at a later time during the event. Each Grand Prize Ticket will be printed with a unique number (“Grand Prize Ticket Number”). Obtain and secure your Grand Prize Ticket until the Grand Prize Event drawing. Maximum of one Grand Prize Ticket per person. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, destroyed or mutilated Grand Prize Tickets. Any Grand Prize Ticket that has been copied, duplicated, manipulated, or altered in any manner, or that is deemed illegible, as solely determined by Administrator, shall be void and disqualified from the finalist drawing. Last time to receive a Grand Prize Ticket will be at the close of the Event Check-in Period or at the announced deadline during the event as solely determined by Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any entrant who completes their online registration but who does not redeem their Code per the requirements as set forth in these official rules and within the required time period in order to receive a Grand Prize Ticket.

By participating and submitting an entry, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its designated parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor’s featured products, special events or future contests, promotions or offers. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Maximum of one entry per person. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Each Entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically-reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

By registering to enter Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. All entrants agree to be bound by & abide by the official rules of the Sweepstakes.

Please note that there is a limit of one (1) Floor & Decor Pro Premier Sweepstakes grand prize per individual, household, street address, and/or email address during any twenty-four (24) month period.

Grand Prize Finalist Drawing – Maximum of five (5) finalists: Following the conclusion of the Event Check-in Period, and at the time as announced and designated by the Administrator, the Administrator will randomly select a total of five (5) Grand Prize Ticket Numbers from among all eligible Grand Prize Tickets that were distributed during the Event Check-in Period (the “Drawing”). The Administrator shall then announce the five (5) selected Grand Prize Ticket Numbers, and instruct any entrant who is in possession of an original valid Grand Prize Ticket printed with an announced Grand Prize Ticket Number to immediately make their presence known to the Administrator, within the designated time limit as announced and determined by the Administrator.

An eligible contestant who is in possession of a valid Grand Prize Ticket printed with an original Grand Prize Ticket Number that was announced and who immediately brings the Grand Prize Ticket forward and makes their presence known to the Administrator shall be designated as a potential grand prize finalist (“Potential Finalist”), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules. Grand Prize Tickets may not be transferred or sold. Any contestant who is not present at the time of the Drawing, or who does not immediately make their presence known for any reason to the Administrator (within the required time period as solely designated and determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) shall be disqualified. In the event of a disqualified Potential Finalist or Grand Prize Ticket Number, Administrator shall then determine an alternate contestant to replace any disqualified Potential Finalist per the procedures outlined above, time permitting. If fewer than five (5) eligible contestants are present, then fewer than five (5) Potential Finalists may be determined. Administrator shall verbally review all eligibility requirements with each Potential Finalist to determine if each Potential Finalist meets all eligibility requirements to participate in grand prize contest, including confirming that each Potential Finalist is in possession of a valid and physical U.S. driver’s license at the grand prize event (NOTE: possession of a learner permit or digital driver’s license (DLL) is not an acceptable form of a valid driver’s license for this Sweepstakes and will not be accepted by Administrator. If entrant is in possession of an interim driver license, entrant must also provide a government issued photo I.D. as proof of identification).

Any Potential Finalist who confirms they do not meet all eligibility requirements, who is not in possession of a valid and physical U.S. driver’s license at the grand prize event, or who for any reason is unable to comprehend or understand the eligibility requirements as announced by Administrator, may be disqualified. In the event of a disqualified Potential Finalist, Administrator shall then determine an alternate contestant to replace any disqualified Potential Finalist per the procedures outlined above, time permitting. Each Potential Finalist who confirms they meet all eligibility requirements shall be required to sign and submit a copy of the official contest rules prior participating in the grand prize contest. Once a signed copy of the official rules has been submitted to the Administrator, the Potential Finalist will be designated as a finalist (each a ‘Finalist’) and shall have an opportunity to participate in the envelope pick (the “Envelope Pick”). Decisions of Administrator in the selection of the Finalists, participation in the Sweepstakes, and all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Difficulties with getting to location to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes are not the responsibility of Sponsor or Administrator.

Grand Prize Envelope Pick: The Administrator shall use a method as determined solely by the Administrator to randomly assign an order for each of the Finalists to participate in the Envelope Pick. The Envelope Pick execution will consist of (4) rounds (unless less than five (5) Finalists are present in which case there will be less than (4) rounds used to conduct the Envelope Pick).

The Envelope Pick execution will be conducted as follows:

Round 1: Administrator shall display a total of (5) prize envelopes. Four (4) prize envelopes will contain a winning certificate (Floor & Decor logo) and one (1) prize envelope will contain a non-winning certificate (‘X’). Each of the five (5) Finalists will randomly select (1) of the (5) prize envelopes in a manner and order as determined by Sponsor. The one (1) Finalist that selects a prize envelope containing a non-winning certificate is disqualified and is no longer eligible to win the grand prize. The four (4) Finalists who select a prize envelope containing a winning certificate as solely determined by Sponsor will advance to Round 2.

Round 2: Sponsor shall display a total of (4) prize envelopes. Three (3) prize envelopes will contain a winning certificate (Floor & Decor logo) and one (1) prize envelope will contain a non-winning certificate (‘X’). Each of the four (4) remaining eligible Finalists will randomly select (1) of the (4) prize envelopes in a manner and order as determined by Sponsor. The one (1) Finalist that selects a prize envelope containing a non-winning certificate is disqualified and is no longer eligible to win the grand prize. The three (3) Finalists who select a prize envelope containing a winning certificate as solely determined by Sponsor will advance to Round 3.

Round 3: Sponsor shall display a total of (3) prize envelopes. Two (2) prize envelopes will contain a winning certificate (Floor & Decor logo) and one (1) prize envelope will contain a non-winning certificate (‘X’). Each of the three (3) remaining eligible Finalists will randomly select (1) of the (3) prize envelopes in a manner and order as determined by Sponsor. The one (1) Finalist that selects a prize envelope containing a non-winning certificate is disqualified and is no longer eligible to win the grand prize. The two (2) Finalists who select a prize envelope containing a winning certificate as solely determined by Sponsor will advance to Round 4 (Final Round).

Round 4 (Final Round): Sponsor shall display a total of (2) prize envelopes. One (1) prize envelope will contain a winning certificate (Floor & Decor logo) and one (1) prize envelope will contain a non-winning certificate (‘X’). Each of the two (2) remaining eligible Finalists will randomly select (1) of the (2) prize envelopes in a manner and order as determined by Sponsor. The one (1) Finalist who selects a prize envelope containing a non-winning certificate is disqualified and is no longer eligible to win the grand prize. The Finalist who selects a prize envelope containing a winning certificate as solely determined by Sponsor will be designated as the grand prize winner

IMPORTANT: In the event of an error in the preparation of the Sweepstakes materials, an error in the administration of the Sweepstakes, or any tampering that results in a set of sealed prize envelopes for a round containing more than the appropriate number of “Winning Prize Certificates”, that particular round is void. Each of the remaining corresponding Finalists for that round will be entitled only to re-attempt that round, and will be provided a new set of sealed prize envelopes for their re-attempt. Any Finalist who has already been disqualified during the event will not be eligible be a part of the re-attempt round.

Only the (1) grand prize winner will be eligible for the grand prize. All other Finalists are ineligible. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, the Finalist will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize shall remain the property of Sponsor and shall not be re-awarded.

Prize Awards & Delivery:

Grand Prize: The corresponding Finalist who completes the grand prize-winning requirements will be eligible to claim the grand prize (the “Grand Prize Winner”), subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The grand prize is: a 2024 Chevy Colorado vehicle with a MSRP not to exceed $43,865.31 including sales tax. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of vehicle from Sponsor designated dealer. Allow approximately 8-10 weeks for delivery coordination. Sponsor will designate and specify available vehicle including make, model, color and options for prize award. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance prior to taking delivery. Grand Prize Winner may not substitute, exchange, or apply the vehicle’s value towards a higher cost or alternate vehicle, except at Sponsor or Dealer’s sole discretion, and Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any upgrade costs or additional added options at time of delivery. Designated vehicle must be the Sponsor designated vehicle that is currently in designated dealer’s stock of inventory. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate year model vehicle or alternate vehicle model, if the designated vehicle model is not available at the time of prize award. Vehicle on display at grand prize event is for display purpose only and is not necessarily the vehicle that will awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.

If the designated prize vehicle MSRP is under $43,865.31 the winner will not be awarded the difference between the vehicle's actual MSRP and $43,865.31

General Prize Conditions: All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner, including but not limited to federal or state taxes, insurance, property tax, registration/licensing, dealer preparation fees, delivery charges, transportation costs, travel costs, incidental expenses or any additional required state fees. All income, federal, state and local taxes (excluding sales tax) are the Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

Bonus Prize: Each Finalist who reveals a non-winning certificate during their attempt during the Envelope Pick and is thus ineligible to claim the grand prize will be eligible to claim one (1) Bonus Prize. The Bonus Prize is: One (1) $50.00 gift card.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Forfeited prizes will be deemed unclaimed and will not be awarded. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

No more than the advertised maximum number of prizes will be awarded for any reason. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether typographical, administrative, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the distribution of Tickets, the cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the determination of finalists, the execution of the grand prize finalist contest attempts, or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine any prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination, if such determination can be made in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any rebates awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Odds: The odds of being selected as a grand prize finalist are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during Registration Period. After completing the Sponsor provided requirements, obtain and secure your entry Door Prize Ticket until the Prize Drawing Period. Maximum of one Door Prize Ticket per person, unless Sponsor announces an opportunity during the event for Entrants to earn additional Door Prize Tickets. Any Door Prize Ticket that has been copied, duplicated, manipulated, or altered in any manner, or that is deemed illegible, as solely determined by Administrator, shall be void and disqualified from the finalist drawing. Last time to receive a Door Prize Ticket will be at the close of the Registration at the announced deadline as solely determined by Administrator.

Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning. By participating, contestant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or future contests, promotions or offers. Contestants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time, without affecting their entry, by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Door Prize Winner Drawing and Notification: Following the conclusion of the Registration Period, at the time as announced and designated by Sponsor, the Sponsor will conduct a series of random drawings from among all eligible Door Prize Tickets that were distributed during the Registration Period to determine all door prize winners.

For each door prize drawing, the Sponsor shall announce the available prize and the selected Door Prize Ticket Number, and instruct any entrant who is in possession of that Door Prize Ticket printed with an announced Door Prize Ticket Number to immediately make their presence known to the Sponsor, within the designated time limit as announced and determined by the Sponsor. An eligible entrant who is in possession of a valid Door Prize Ticket printed with an original Door Prize Ticket Number that was announced and immediately makes their presence known to the Sponsor shall be designated as a door prize winner (“Door Prize Winner”), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.

Any entrant who is not present at the time of the drawing, or who does not immediately make their presence known for any reason to the Sponsor (within the required time period as solely designated and determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) shall be disqualified. In the event of a disqualified potential Door Prize Winner or Door Prize Ticket Number, Sponsor shall then determine an alternate entrant to replace any disqualified potential Door Prize Winner per the procedures outlined above, time permitting. If fewer entrants than the allotted number of available prizes are present, then fewer than the allotted number of prizes may be awarded. Decisions of Sponsor and Administrator in the selection of the Prize Winners, participation in the Sweepstakes, and all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final.

All of the following may apply to each Door Prize Winner: 1) winners may be required to complete and return immediately following their determination as the potential grand prize winner, a prize acceptance form including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted); and a W-9 form (for U.S. winners for prizes valued over $600); 2) winners may be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued photo I.D. as a condition of receiving any prize. Winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of all prizes won, if prize value exceeds $600, and are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on prize.

Failure to collect or properly claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, the Entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize shall remain the property of Sponsor and shall not be re-awarded.

Door Prize Winners must accept delivery of prize in the manner as solely specified by Sponsor. Door Prize Winners may not substitute, exchange, or apply the prize’s value towards a higher cost or alternate prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes on display are for display purpose only and are not necessarily the Prize that will awarded to a Door Prize Winner.

General Prize Conditions: All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner, including but not limited to federal or state taxes, delivery charges, travel costs, or incidental expenses. All income, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to increase the number of prizes being awarded during the Prize Awards Period. All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor. Other restrictions may apply.

No more than the advertised maximum number of prizes will be awarded for any reason. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether typographical, administrative, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Tickets, the determination of Prize Winners, or in the announcement of the prizes or Prize Winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine any Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Tickets as of the time/date of such termination, if such determination can be made in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Odds: Odds of being selected as a Door Prize Winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible Door Prize Tickets distributed during the Registration Period.
