OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Offer valid ONLY for residents of IL, KY, MA, MI, OH, PA, TN, and WI.   You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of a state listed above to be eligible to participate in this offer.  Amount of rebate and eligible purchase requirements may vary in some states due to legal constraints (see below).  Valid receipts must be dated between 3/1/2025 – 2/28/2026 and submitted by 3/3/2026.  To receive up to $5 through this offer from an off-premise purchase (i.e. liquor or grocery store), you must purchase a minimum of one (1) 12-pack, 15-pack, or 24-pack (equivalent or larger) of any Rhinegeist Brewery 12oz. bottles or cans; or to receive up to $3, purchase one (1) 6-pack of any Rhinegeist Brewery 12 oz. bottles or cans; or to receive up to $2, purchase a minimum of any two (2) 16oz. or 19.2oz. cans. To receive up to $5 through this offer from an on-premise purchase (i.e. restaurant or bar), you must purchase a minimum of any one (1) Rhinegeist Brewery can, bottle, or draft from an on-premise retailer. Amount of rebate for an on-premise purchase shall be based upon amount as shown on the itemized receipt (excluding sales tax), up to a maximum of $5.  Amount of rebate shall not exceed cost of purchase. See offer limitations below.  Any receipt that does not show a Rhinegeist Brewery itemized purchase, or purchases made outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer.  Offer not redeemable in store.  To redeem, scan the QR Code or directly visit www.Rhinegeist.com/rebateoffer, and follow the online instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit other required information.  Each entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt.  Each receipt is subject to verification and approval for eligible offer.  Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information (itemized Rhinegeist Brewery purchase, date of purchase, location of purchase), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or processed.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.  Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes tax.  PA and TN residents are NOT eligible for a rebate for a purchase at an on-premise location, and may only receive rebate on purchase of an eligible Rhinegeist Brewery product at an off-premise retailer.  IL residents are eligible for a rebate of up to $1 less than the amount of purchase (excl. sales tax), up to the maximum rebate amount available.  Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated advertising and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers and retail licensees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible for participation in this offer.  NOTE:  maximum of one rebate offer per individual, household, or email address per quarter during entire rebate offer period. Maximum one redemption per eligible receipt.  Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or household will not be honored or processed.  You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another individual.  Once verified and approved, eligible rebates will only be issued to the PayPal account based upon the registered email address provided, the Venmo account based upon the registered mobile phone number provided, or as otherwise designated by Sponsor.  Allow 4 – 6 weeks for processing.  Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  Sponsor: Rhinegeist Brewery, Cincinnati, OH.
