$1 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of five (5) 50ml
bottles of any eligible product. To
receive $4, purchase two (2) 200ml bottles of any eligible product. To receive $5, purchase two (2) 50ml bottle 10-packs
of any eligible product. Purchase of
eligible item(s) must be made in a single transaction on the same receipt. Eligible Sazerac brands include: 99 Brand,
Dr. McGillicuddy’s, Fireball, Parrot Bay, and Southern Comfort. (Purchases of less
than five (5) 50ml bottles are not eligible for any rebate.) NOTE: you may NOT combine
or submit multiple receipts for a higher rebate amount. Purchases
made in multiple transactions, outside of valid receipt dates or that do not
itemize and display required product purchase are not eligible for this offer. Offer

your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each
entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a
valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification
and approval. Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or
receipts that do not properly display required information (date of
purchase, eligible purchase, etc.), will not be eligible, honored,

for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt
for any reason, and reserves the right to
reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not
in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. Offer may not

beverage suppliers, wholesalers and retail licensees, and members of their
immediate families are not eligible for participation in this
offer. Rebate amount may not exceed purchase price, and amount of
rebate shall be prorated to each eligible bottle purchased. . CA and IL residents are
eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the amount of the retail purchase price
of the eligible product, up to a maximum rebate of $5, as outlined above (excl.
sales tax). KY and MS
residents are eligible for a rebate on malt-based eligible products only and
may not submit a receipt for a spirit-based product. MD, NH and VA residents are
eligible for a rebate of 50% of the retail purchase price (excl. sales tax),
up to a maximum rebate of $5, as outlined above. NOTE: maximum
of one rebate offer per individual, household, email address or eligible receipt
during entire rebate offer period, regardless of offer
redeemed. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the
same individual or household will not be honored, processed or
responded to. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another
individual. Once
verified and approved, eligible rebates will only be issued to the PayPal
account based upon the registered email address provided, the Venmo account
based upon the registered mobile phone number provided, or as otherwise
