MD, NH and VA residents are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the retail purchase price (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $5. NOTE: maximum of one rebate offer per individual, household, email address or receipt during entire rebate offer period, regardless of offer redeemed. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or household will not be honored, processed or responded to. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another individual.
